SYSTEM OF PRINCIPLES OF STATE CONTROL IN THE FIELD OF CIVIL AVIATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to analysis of principles of state control in the field of civil aviation. It was analyzed the approach- es of various scientists to the concept of “Principles of State Control”. It was developed a new classification of principles of state regulation in the field of civil aviation. System of principles of state control in the field of civil aviation were tailored to the specifics of aviation activity.
