LEGAL REGULATION OF SETTLEMENT BY MEANS BANKING TRANSFER IN FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to legal regulation of settlements by means of bank transfer in foreign economic activity. The author analyzes the essence of bank transfer as a way of settlements foreign trade activity and the legal basis for the use of bank transfer as a way of settlement in foreign economic activity. The author draws attention to the fact that the concept of "bank transfer" in foreign economic and international settlements is synonymous with the concept of "payment order" and "credit transfer".
