MULTIFUNCTIONALITY OF REGULATORY PROHIBITIONS IN LEGAL PRACTICE

Abstract
The article deals with the variety of social control functions for the influence of prohibitions in legal rules on the legal practice subjects. It is noted that a variety of social control functions exists due to the polifunctional nature of prohibition itself. Article also determines the need for an adequate response to establishing of prohibitions, the optimal combination of social control functions and their compliance with the directions of the prohibitions’ impact.
