TO THE PROBLEM OF VALIDITY OF CIVIL LAW CONTRACTS CONCLUDED IN THE INTERNET

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of legal regulation of relations arising when contracts are concluded on the Internet. Special features of electronic civil law contracts concluded on the Internet are disclosed, which may lead to their recognition as invalid. The most difficulties in determining the authenticity of an electronic transaction arise when identifying the parties. Therefore this sphere needs improvement of its legislative regulation that will allow to properly identify parties to the contract concluded in the Internet, determine the scope of their civil capacity and bring them to justice in case of breach of contract.
