CORRELATION OF CONCEPTS OF EVIDENCE AND SOURCES OF EVIDENCE

Abstract
The article deals with concept, legal nature and characteristics of sources of evidence in civil proceedings. There is an analysis problems of their types and legal regulation under civil procedural legislation of Ukraine. On this basis there are determined common and distinctive features with concept of evidence, and also outlined problems of demarcation.
