MILITARY JUSTICE AS AN OBJECT OF CRIMINAL AND LEGAL PROTECTION

Abstract
The paper seeks to provide insights into the essence of the “military justice” concept as an object of criminal and legal protection from infringements against military service law or active duty performance. Such encroachments are associated with military offences envisaged by articles 402–422, 425–435 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Selected issues of military law and order are explored. Military law is recognized a basic framework for regulating social relationships in the military domain subject to the protection by Criminal Law. It is argued that military justice is the established procedure of military service or active duty performance in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
