Abstract
The article deals with the study of the peculiarities of procedural guidance in criminal proceedings on the basis of agreements on the recognition of guilt, and the stories of criminal procedural legislation concerning this issue are highlighted. It also explores and analyzes the typical mistakes made by prosecutors when concluding agreements on the recognition of guilt.
