PROPERTY LIABILITY OF THE TOUR OPERATOR UNDER AGREEMENT OF TOURIST SERVICE

Abstract
The general terms of contractual liability are analyzed in the article. The author conducts an analysis of the agreement of tourist services, as well as the specifics of the liability of the tour operator under the contract before the tourist. The ju- risprudence has been investigated and the analysis and position of the courts regarding the degree of liability to the tourist for the improper performance of the contract have been made.
