THE MECHANISM OF CIVIL LAW REGULATION OF PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF MODERN GLOBALIZATION PROCESSES

Abstract
The article explores the elements and peculiarities of the mechanism of civil law regulation of passenger transportation in modern conditions and determinants that influence its efficiency. The author focuses on the existing differences in the approaches to regulating investigated legal relations in the positive law of Ukraine, the EU and the EU, which, in view of the European integration processes, necessitates theoretical concepts in this field.
