THE FOUNDATIONS APPLICATION OF TEMPORAL LIMITATION IN USING THE SPECIAL RIGHT

Abstract
In the article is considered the system of measures to ensure the criminal proceedings under the current Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine. It is investigated temporary restriction in using of special rights as one of the types of measures to ensure the criminal proceedings, including the analysis of the proposed legislature grounds for the application of this measure of procedural coercion.
