TRANSFORMATION OF LEGAL REGULATION IN UKRAINE GLOBALIZATION: GENERAL PRINCIPLES

Abstract
The article investigates general theoretical principles of transformation regulation in Ukraine globalization. The author argues that the transformation of the legal regulation due to the advent of globalization in terms of new social relations in the economic, political, social, cultural and improved regulation in line with European legal standards. Transformation and expand the scope of legal regulation in national law is a reflection of the more important laws – the growing role and importance of international law, its principles, norms and standards in national legal regulation.
