PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF MONEY SECURITY OF POLICE OFFICERS

Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of scientific views of scientists and the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, problems of legal regulation of the monetary security of policemen are considered. It is established that the essence of the monetary security of police officers can be defined as the set of payments and allowances specified in the legislation and calculated in monetary form, which is set by the police, taking into account the conditions and peculiarities of their service in the National Police in order to stimulate and improve the efficiency of their performance of their official duties.
