Abstract
This article conducts a research on parliamentary responsibility of a government, in particular one of its forms – the motion (vote) of no confidence. The notion and attributes of parliamentary responsibility of a government are defined. Legal patterns and peculiarities of using the motion (vote) of no confidence in EU member states are considered.
