THE PROVISION DETECTIVE SERVICES UNDER THE LAWS OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES: POSITIVE EXPERIENCE OF CIVIL LAW REGULATION

Abstract
The legislation of foreign countries in the field of detective services is analysed. The definitions of “private detective”, “detective organization” and “detective work” are considered. The conclusions on incorporation these experiences in Ukraine are made.
