Abstract
The article investigates the financing of acts committed for the purpose of forcible change or overthrow of the constitu- tional order or the seizure of state power, territory or changing the boundaries of the state border of Ukraine under Art. 110-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Analyzed the legal definition in terms of accuracy and completeness of the description of its content. Based on the analysis in favor proposals on improvement of certain norms of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
