EDUCATIONAL LAW AS A SEPARATE BRANCH OF UKRAINIAN LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of the place of educational law as an independent branch of law and legislation. Despite the fact that educational law is gaining importance in legal science, at the present stage of its development it needs reconsidering and deep analysis in relation to many conceptual approaches to the problems of legal regulation of educa- tional law in Ukraine. The author analyzed the significance of educational law at the modern European stage of education development.
