THE FORMATION OF POLICE PERSONALITY IN HIGH PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract
The definition of personality and factors, which influence on formation of law enforcement officer’s personality, are researched in the article. The development of personality is quite a continuous process which which depends on the variety of factors such as the social order, ideology, family, colleagues, education as the process of human’s development, work, social collaboration. One of the most important factors of personality’s formation is education. Professional characteristics of police officers should be form under the influence of different factors such as the high level of intellectual development, the sense of responsibility, the ability of control their behavior, analyzing their own actions and responsibility for them, personal dignity and individuality.
