SOME PROBLEMATIC ASPECTS OF CREATING A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY BY ESTABLISHMENT

Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of existing regulatory legal acts, a general theoretical description of the creation of a limited liability company was carried out in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. According to the results of the research, we expressed our own position on the improvement of the current legislation of Ukraine in this sphere.
