PLACE OF CONSTRUCTION LAW IN THE LEGAL SYSTEM

Abstract
The article is devoted to the questions connected with understanding of the construction industry in Ukraine. Induced a list of the main concepts regarding the definition of designated building law in the legal system of Ukraine are investigated and their features. Attention is paid to the coverage of major positive aspects and disadvantages of the mentioned concepts. Analyzing a number of controversial provisions about formation of construction law and its definition as a component of administrative law.
