ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL BASES OF ACTIVITY OF HUMAN RIGHTS PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONS IN THE FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the organizational and legal basis of the activities of human rights NGOs in foreign countries. Modern tendencies of human rights NGOs’ activities are considered. The directions of activity of public organizations in the human rights sphere are singled out. The problems of legal support of activity of public organizations of human rights protection are outlined. Positive points of foreign experience of functioning of human rights NGOs are determined.
