Abstract
The article is is devoted to complex research of the issues of the usage of measures of procedural compulsion in administrative proceedings for the purpose of disclosure of measures of procedural compulsion in administrative proceedings. The author defined the basic grounds of the usage of removal from the courtroom in administrative process. Provided the legal characteristics of the application of removal from the courtroom in the administrative process.
