THE STANDARD OF PROOF “REASONABLE SUSPICION” IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the nature of reasonable suspicion as the standard of proof in criminal proceedings. The main features of reasonable suspicion as the standard of proof in criminal proceedings are allocated and analyzed in the article. The author focuses on the characteristics of issues related to the implementation of the appropriate standard of proof in criminal proceedings of Ukraine.
