LEGAL REGULATION OF GUARANTEE PAYMENTS: COMPARATIVE ASPECT

Abstract
The article deal with the features of legal regulation of the guarantee payments in Ukraine, the analysis of national and foreign legislation in the field of provision of guarantee payments and made their comparative characteristics. Proposed and justified their own definition of guarantee payments. It defines the essence of the warranty payments made warranty of separating payments from other payments to employees. Giving the proposals on improving the labour legislation of Ukraine and guarantee the payments, taking into account advanced foreign experience.
