THE ISSUE OF THE SCIENTIFIC DEFINITION OF THE CONCEPT OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY IN LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to the coverage of the scientific and applied problem of definition of the concept and essence of digital technologies in law. On the basis of the analysis of international and European law, as well as the provisions of the national legislation, the conclusion is based on the appropriateness of differentiating the concepts of «information», «information and communication» and «digital» technologies. The basic conceptual approaches to the understanding of digital technologies in law are investigated and his author’s definition is formulated.
