THE MAIN WAYS OF FORMATION PROFESSIONAL LEGAL CONSCIOUSNESS AND LEGAL CULTURE OF LEGAL PROFESSION’S REPRESENTATIVES

Abstract
The author analyzes definitions of “consciousness”, ”culture”, “legal consciousness” and “law culture” in the article. The significance of legal consciousness and law culture in professional activity of legal profession’s representatives is considered. The common and specific formation ways of professional legal consciousness and law culture of legal profession’s representatives are formulated.
