Abstract
The article deals with the most typical features of the offender from the staff of correctional colonies, who commit crimes using the force and other statutory provisions (article 106 of the Criminal-Executive Code of Ukraine), security measures for convicts, as well as certain problematic issues, that need to be addressed at the scientific and practical levels.
