LICENSE CONTROL IN THE SYSTEM OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES

Abstract
The article analyzes the essence and definition of licensing control as the administrative procedure. Theoretical ap- proaches to the definition of administrative procedures, as well as analyzes the elements, features licensed control, which in turn suggests that the latter is an administrative procedure. The results of studies on the legal regulation of the activities of bodies which carry out permitting activities. The problems arising from the implementation of the activities.
