STUDY OF HANDICRAFT RECORDINGS WHICH ARE BASED ON THE LATIN ALPHABET (BY THE EXAMPLE OF LATVIAN LANGUAGE)

Abstract
Considered are the problematic issues that arise when taking into account handwritten notes, the writing of which is based on the Latin alphabet. Establishment of the nature of the manifestation of the characteristics of written speech, in particular dialect features and nationality of the performer. And also the solution of the problem, when the compared handwriting objects for some reason differ in the language on which they are executed.
