LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE EUROPEAN STRATEGY FOR SMART, SUSTAINABLE AND INCLUSIVE GROWTH

Abstract
The article deals with the Europe 2020 Strategy, launched by the European Union aimed at addressing economic issues, primarily to protect and support the European social market economy model in today’s difficult environment by ensuring sustainable growth for the next decade. The article analyzes three main mutually reinforcing priorities identified by the Europe 2020 Strategy: smart growth, sustainable growth and inclusive growth.
