Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of qualifying and especially qualifying signs of crimes stipulated in art. 262, art. 263–1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Certain shortcomings of the criminal legislation concerning qualifying and especially qualifying signs of crimes of this group are determined. The ways of overcoming them are indicated.
