PROBLEMS AND GAPS IN THE LABOR LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to actual problems and gaps that exist today in labor legislation. The work defines such concepts as problems and gaps in the national labor legislation. The main types of these problems are highlighted. The emphasis is placed on the importance of their solution and analyzed the necessary changes in labor legislation for the effective and proper regulation of labor relations.
