CRIMINOGICAL PORTRAIT OF THE PERSON GUILTY OF COMMITING A CRIMINAL SMUGGLING OF DRUGS, PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES, THEIR ANALOGS OR PRECURSORS OR COUNTERFEIT MEDICINES

Abstract
The article is written about one of the most difficult problems of criminology – the identity of the perpetrator. The author has attempted to define the concept of person smuggler of narcotics, psychotropic substances, their analogues or precursors or counterfeit medicines based on criminological characteristics of offender. Furthermore, the author examined the structure of the offender. The author also defined the criminological description of the individual of smuggler based on a generalization of criminal cases/proceedings.
