Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of legal aspects of the transfer of property by the territorial community to the property of the united territorial communities. The legal grounds and mechanism, problematic aspects that arise in the process of transfer of objects by the territorial community to the property of the united territorial communities are analyzed.
