SPECIAL ISSUES OF SYSTEMATIZATION OF THE FUNCTIONS OF THE UNITED TERRITORIAL COMMUNITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the clarification of certain issues of systematization of the functions of the united territorial community. The notion of functions of the united territorial community is defined; groups of functions of the united territorial community are singled out. The functions of each group are characterized, the functions that are carried out by the united community independently and through the bodies of local self-government are defined.
