THE IMPACT OF REFORM OF THE STATE PENITENTIARY SERVICE UKRAINE ON THE CRIME

Abstract
The article set some adverse effects reform of the penal system of Ukraine on the general state of crime in prisons and detention centers, which is related to the elimination of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine, and offered evidence- based solutions to this problem.
