THE ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CRIMINAL’S PERSONALITY: METHODOLOGICAL ISSUES

Abstract
The article deals with the discussion questions of the characteristics of the criminal’s personality. Substantiates the con- clusion that the essence of a person is recognized through the nature of his practical activity. The differences in the “es- sence” of specific people are determined by individual differences of biological nature, and the peculiarities of socially significant activity. Criminal activity is just one of the characteristics of a human.
