Abstract
The article highlights the doctrinal approaches to understanding the personality of international organizations. The author analyzes the general components of the international legal personality of Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development. Particular attention is drawn to the peculiarities of the legal personality of OECD in comparison with other international organizations.
