INTERNATIONAL APPLICATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL LIMITATIONS BY THE EXAMPLE OF FRANCE

Abstract
The author discloses the content of administrative and legal constraints defined in accordance with the laws of France. The types of administrative and legal restrictions applied in accordance with the legislation of France are set out. Based on the study of international experience in France proposed to implement certain provisions in national practice. The rights and obligations of the subjects of relations are determined.
