LEGAL STATUS OF THIRD PARTIES, WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF WHICH APPLY PREVENTIVE MEASURES

Abstract
The article is devoted to consideration of some issues of applying of preventive measures. In particular, the analysis of certain problems of the legal status of guarantor and pledger in criminal proceedings is conducted. An attempt to solve them theoretically with the elaboration of proposals in the current legislation of Ukraine was made.
