INFORMATION-ANALYTICAL SERVICES, CENTERS OF ANALYTICAL STUDIES AS SUBJECTS OF ANALYTICAL ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition and classification of information and analytical services and centers of analytical research as subjects of analytical activity. The regulatory regulation of information and analytical activities is analyzed. The normative regulation of information and analytical activities in the Presidential Administration is considered. The issue of the analytical activity of the Apparatus of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as subjects of information relations was investigated. The author emphasizes that the function of information and analytical support of management activities is assigned to national libraries, and therefore their functions are listed from the standpoint of information and analytical activities.
