THE PROBLEMS OF THE IMPACT ON THE PERSON OF GLOBALIZATION MANIFESTATIONS OF MODERN LEGAL REALITY

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of the impact on the person of globalization manifestations of modern legal reality. It is determined that the level of influence depends on many factors, the main among them, according to the authors, are two factors: the person’s culture and its mentally-national identities. The analysis of scientific sources and my own vision of the problems of the transformation of the social and legal space have enabled us to distinguish the following manifestations of the place and role of a person in the conditions of globalization: the modernity of social and legal phenomena in which the identity of a person is formed; awareness of the person of his/her own identity not only within the state, but as a “citizen of the world”; increasing the level of tolerance of a person in the conditions of globalization of society; the flowering of extremism; significant potential of a person in forming political and legal reality.
