ASPECT RATIO OF OPINIONS, GIVEN BY EXPERT, SPECIALIST, STATE AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES IN UKRAINIAN CIVIL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article investigates evidentiary value of opinions, given by experts, specialists and state and local authorities. The authors compare these conclusions and consider problematic issues of these opinions for court. Attention is focused on lack of clearly regulated legal provisions which govern content and form of opinions, given by experts, specialists, state and local authorities.
