CONTENT OF INTERNATIONAL OBLIGATIONS ARISING WITHIN THE PROCESS OF PEACEFUL DISPUTE REGULAТION THROUGH ARBITRARY COURTS OF JUSTICE

Abstract
The article highlights the essence and content of such a term as «international obligations», which characterizes actions or behavior of the subject of the international public right in order to adhere to the demands of the international justice. Furthermore, the international public right offers flexible court mechanisms not limiting he parties in their right to choose, taking into consideration positions and interests of the countries. Thoughts of different scientists were analyzed concerning the agreements of the parties in the international dispute as to the arbitrary regulation.
