TO THE ISSUE OF CONDITIONS OF THE CIVIL RESPONSIBILITY INCURRENCE FOR HARM-DOING BY A TERRORIST ACT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the disclosure of the conditions for the incurrence of civil liability for harm-doing as a result of a terrorist act. There are analyzed the following conditions of the incurrence of the mentioned civil responsibility, such as damage, wrongful act, cause-and-effect relationship between the wrongful act and the damage and the culpability of the harm-doer (the terrorist). In the article based on study of the current civil legislation of Ukraine there is concluded that the legislator following one of the fundamental principles of civil law for the restoration of a violated right, places the obligations of compensation for harm even in the absence of some of the investigated conditions.
