PROVIDING NATIONAL POLICE UKRAINE HUMAN RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS

Abstract
The article analyzes rules establishing rights and freedoms of citizens in Ukraine to peaceful Assembly and responsibility for their violation, and suggests ways of improving legislation in this sphere. Focusing on need for improvement of mechanism of realization of right to mine sbor in context of adoption of relevant special law and be held accountable for its violation.
