CERTAIN ISSUES OF SPECIALIZATION OF JUDGES IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of individual issues of judges’ specialization in criminal proceedings. The practice of the national courts regarding the determination of the composition of the court without consideration of special- ization for the consideration of materials of criminal proceedings has been analyzed. The quality of the law regarding the application of specialization in criminal proceedings has been studied.
