Abstract
Addresses the issue of mergers and acquisitions of financial institutions at present stage of nation-building in Ukraine. Selected strategic advantages as a result of mergers and acquisitions transactions of financial institutions. Analysis of materials presented on mergers and acquisitions of financial institutions in world, including countries of Central, Western and Eastern Europe, and Latin America, Caribbean and East Asia. Set out certain types of integration processes on market of financial services.
