THE SOCIAL CONSEQUENCES OF THE ILLEGAL CIRCULATION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of social consequences of illicit trafficking in alcoholic beverages in Ukraine. The main components of the negative consequences that the state and society bear in connection with the existence of the "shadow" alcohol market are analyzed. The economic, social and legal consequences of the crimes are highlighted.
