DEVELOPMENT OF LEGAL REGULATION OF RELATIONS RELATED TO THE USE OF “ORPHAN WORKS” IN UKRAINE AND THE COUNTRIES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract
This article attempts to find an optimal and fair mechanism for the legal regulation of relations on the use of «orphan works». The analysis of international and domestic legal experience regarding the establishment of an appropriate level of search for copyright holders of copyright works and formulated promising areas for improving legislation in this area.
