THE CLASSIFICATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE-LEGAL GUARANTEES OF NOTARIAL ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article deals with the most widespread scientific going on the classification of legal guarantees. On the basis of conducted research own vision of classification of administrative-legal guarantees of notarial activity is grounded on main- tenance, by an orientation, sphere of influence, setting, by legal force normatively legal acts, that they are fastened, by character of legal norms, that they are determined, by a functional orientation, specific of individual legal status of notary and other criterias.
